Benjamin Hubner joins from McKinsey & Company in Munich where he has worked on consulting projects across a wide range of sectors since 2010. Benjamin, an Austrian national, has degrees from the Munich Business School, the London School of Economics and Heidelberg University.

Jennifer Regehr was previously at UniCredit Bank which she joined in 2011. Over that period she worked on the financing of a number of the highest profile leveraged buyouts in the German market. A graduate of the Hamburg University of Applied Sciences, Jennifer has been educated in both Spain and Germany.

Neil MacDougall, Managing Partner of Silverfleet Capital commented:

“We are very pleased to welcome Jean, Benjamin and Jennifer into our team at Silverfleet Capital. They, in common with Sumit Dheir and Jakob Wagner who joined our London office earlier this year, will be kept very busy as we expect to continue our high level of investment activity alongside managing an expanded portfolio and achieving further exits. Their appointments demonstrate our continued commitment to developing talented and strong investment teams in each of our offices across Europe.”
