Kay Ashton
Kay joined Silverfleet Capital in 1992, and is Deputy Chairman of the Silverfleet Capital Investment Committee, in addition to having responsibility for the firm’s investor relations and portfolio management activities.
Kay has led some of Silverfleet Capital’s most successful transactions, such as Barracuda Group and Pubmaster, and she continues to have a particular interest in the leisure sector.
Prior to joining Silverfleet Capital, Kay began her private equity career at NatWest Ventures (now Bridgepoint Capital), whom she joined from Price Waterhouse where she qualified as a Chartered Accountant.
Kay read Natural Sciences at Jesus College, Cambridge University.
