Neil MacDougall
Managing Partner
Neil joined the company in 1989 and has been managing director and chairman of the investment committee since 2004. He heads up a team of 50 staff based in offices in London, Munich, Paris and Chicago.
Neil is a non-executive director of Sterigenics International Inc. and TMF Group Holdings B.V.
Prior to joining, Neil was a strategic management consultant at Bain & Co.
Neil read Natural Sciences and Computer Science at Cambridge University.
