Kay has been with the company since 1992. She is deputy chairman of the investment committee and also responsible for the group’s investor relations and overseeing management of the portfolio. She has held non-executive directorships with Cannons, Norbain, Principal Hotels, Pubmaster and Barracuda.
Kay qualified as a chartered accountant with PricewaterhouseCoopers and began her career in private equity with NatWest Ventures (now Bridgepoint) before joining Silverfleet Capital.
Kay read Natural Sciences at Cambridge University.
