Guido joined the company in 2001 since when he has led the investments in M&W, Jost and orizon. He is a member of the supervisory boards of Müller & Weygandt and Jost.
Before joining, Guido was with 3i, Germany, having previously worked in the industry in senior executive positions, including three years as managing director for Lafarge S.A.
Guido has an MBA from Trier University.
