Business
Moliflor Loisirs was originally the result of two simultaneous transactions in June 1999: the take private of Moliflor from the French Second Marché and the acquisition of the casino of Uriage near Grenoble in a deal valued at €77 million for a total of eight casinos.
Following a successful buy and build strategyMoliflor Loisirs became the third largest casino group in France, operating 16 casinos. Seven casino acquisitions were made during our ownership and an eighth casino created on a new site.

Divestment
In March 2002, we completed the €400 million divestment of Moliflor Loisirs to an investor group led by Legal & General Ventures.
