Roventa-Henex is a long-established private label watch designer and assembler for a number of well-known brands with a high reputation for reliability and quality. The business, which employs 130 personnel, is based in Switzerland, with operations in Bienne and Tavannes and also has offices in Hong Kong.

Divestment

We completed the divestment of Roventa Henex to the existing management team in 2005.
