The business services sector encompasses a wide range of activities, often with very different business dynamics. These range from relatively mature, low margin and/or cyclical businesses, to nascent, higher-growth businesses offering specialist niche or value-added services.
We are attracted to consolidation opportunities within the sector, which is largely populated by medium-sized businesses, and companies that can demonstrate strong organic growth with good visibility and long-term customer relationships.
