Investment criteria

We invest in established businesses with an enterprise value of between €75 million and €500 million.

Using our office network in London, Munich, Paris and Chicago we look to acquire companies headquartered in the UK, French-speaking, German-speaking and Nordic countries of Europe or US businesses that have a substantial European presence. We have a strong interest in international companies operating in a number of different countries.

Our aim is to back highly skilled management teams in market-leading businesses in growing sectors. We provide those teams with the resources to develop and build value for themselves and our investors.

We are primarily attracted to, and have a core focus on, businesses where either opportunities exist for a buy and build strategy to be pursued, or where organic growth can be achieved through investment in a roll-out of facilities, stores or geographic expansion.
