Silverfleet’s Paris office selects Parrains par Mille (“PPM”) as their ‘Charity of the Year’
We are pleased to have chosen Parrains par Mille (“PPM”) as our first ‘Charity of the Year’ partner for Silverfleet’s Paris office.
Founded in Paris in 1990, PPM’s objective is to open new horizons to children and young adults aged between 3 and 21. This takes the form of two different types of support: social & professional, and educational.
PPM helps a population who are generally in the care of social services, are unaccompanied migrants, or are from underprivileged families and need extra adult presence and support. Each mentoring initiative is highly personalised depending on individual needs and profiles. In 2019 the charity supported 532 mentorees in the Paris area.
As part of the partnership, Silverfleet’s Paris team will be focused on providing professional support to the charity’s mentorees, and will work closely with PPM to set up new initiatives where we can.
Alexandre Lefebvre, Head of Silverfleet’s French investment team commented: “We are excited to be working with PPM, and are hopeful that our partnership with them will provide a solid springboard for the young people the charity supports.”
Delphine Chaix, Head of Parrains Par Mille commented: “We are thrilled about this upcoming partnership, which combines financial support and a strong commitment from Silverfleet’s team. A very encouraging collaboration for our future mentorees!”
