CoreDux is a leading designer and manufacturer of gas and fluid layout systems. The group delivers highly customised metallic hoses used in critical industrial applications due to their ultra-high purity, vibration, temperature and pressure resistance properties.

CoreDux operates across the entire value chain, creating products that generally require co-development with its key customers.

The group has two complementary branches:

A branch based in Tilburg, the Netherlands, produces in a cleanroom environment, ultra-purified hoses and systems that are primarily used in the high-tech and health-tech industries; and

A branch based in Château Thierry, France, which designs and manufactures metallic flexible hoses principally used to transport fluids and gases in high temperature and high-vibration environments for gas turbines, aerospace, electro-mobility, industrial gases and other industrial applications.

Having previously been a non-core division of its German-headquartered parent, CoreDux is an attractive business that is well placed to capitalise on increasing technology adaption across various growing end-markets.

Our investment will enable CoreDux to continue its strong growth through:

• Broadening the company’s product mix
• Increasing existing market share and penetrating new markets
• Implementing operational improvements
• Selective add-on acquisitions to further scale the group.
